Shipping Netherlands
Usually your Olive Oil, which you order today, will be shipped the next day, and will be delivered at your home by PostNL the next working day after that. You will receive an email containing the track & trace code of your package. This allows you to follow your package through PostNL's site, and optionally choose a specific delivery moment. You can also deliver the package at a PostNL point near you so that you can pick it up at a time when it comes to you.

Shipping abroad
If you want to order olive oil from abroad, that's not a problem. We ship by default to a number of neighboring countries; Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom. If you do not see your country yet, send an email.

Shipping costs
The standard shipping charge for the Netherlands is € 4.95. We can offer free shipping from a total of € 65, -.

Shipping costs abroad
To Belgium and Germany we ship for € 9,95 with free shipping from € 100, - and to the UK it costs € 13,95 with free shipping from € 140, -

Packaging and breakage
We ship the bottles in safe shockproof packaging that can withstand anything they encounter. Should unexpected breach occur during shipping, we will send the lost items again free of charge.

Return
The so-called right of withdrawal is not applicable to foods, including our olive oil. This means that if the product does not deliver, we do not have to take it back. However, if the olive oil does not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us.
